Murchison Falls

The Murchison Falls are the biggest waterfalls in Uganda located between Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert. The water of the Victorian Nile is tumbling down the waterfall for about 43 metres. The stunning water masses deliver an amazing view and spectacular experience.

Next to the waterfalls, the Murchison Falls National Park is inhabited by lions, elephants, giraffes and many other mammal species. Besides that, Uganda's largest population of Nile crocodiles can be found in the Murchison Falls National Park and many rare bird species call this National Park their home. The Murchison Falls National Park is the most-visited in Uganda as it offers game drives, night safaris, boat cruises and trekking and walking excursions.
