About Trek Uganda

Hello, my name is Isaac, and I am the founder of Trek Uganda, a tour operator based in Ruboni near the Rwenzori Mountains. As a native of this region, I grew up surrounded by the beauty and wonder of the mountains, and it has always been my dream to share this with others. That's why I founded Trek Uganda, to offer visitors an authentic and unforgettable experience of Uganda.

My mission is simple: to take you to the most beautiful places in Uganda, and give you a genuine taste of the country and its people. I have travelled extensively throughout Uganda, and I know the country like the back of my hand. This allows me to take you off the beaten track, to hidden gems that other tour operators may not know about.

At Trek Uganda, I only work with passionate people who share my commitment to making your trip unique and unforgettable. My team of guides, drivers, and staff are all knowledgeable and experienced, and they will do everything they can to ensure that you have the trip of a lifetime.

But my work doesn't stop there. I am also deeply committed to the Ruboni community, and I am involved in the Ruboni Child Care Initiative (RCCI), which works to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged, especially orphans.
