Cultural Experience

Experience the rich and diverse culture of Uganda by visiting some of our towns and villages!

You can learn about local traditions, and experience the daily life in rural areas and the community will be happy to show and teach you local skills like making handcrafts, sewing, painting, dancing and many more.

You can also enjoy local meals and drinks and find beautiful artisan products in our craft shops.

Ugandan people are always very welcoming and interested in a cultural exchange, showing their traditions but also being interested in learning from your experience and traditions.

You are also welcome to visit some of our schools to get in touch with the local youth and children and in the evening you can stroll through local markets, and shops and experience dances, festivities and celebrations in local communities.
